       Pre-Sales Service:Free consultancy and design with CAD or 3D according to clients requirements, provide optimal proposal for individual clients.

       Our technical staff can provide free consultation and optimum proposal according to the requirements of clients. We have set up the warehouse as well as service agencies at home and abroad.

       After Sales Service: Guarantee & Commissioning: GN Provide 12 Months guarantee after commissioning or 18 Months after shipment whichever comes first, and free service for first time commissioning of system and training up clients engineer. As to the maintenance services, for clients in China, we promise that our engineer would arrive at the malfunction scene within 48 hours if the distance is within 1000km since we receive the report from you. If the distance is beyond 1000km, the engineer would arrive within 72 hours. For clients in other countries, the time for transacting the formalities depends on the countries from which clients come. We would get to the site of client as soon as possible or provide long-distance service.

        Emergency Service: According to the time of finishing formalities .GN Engineers will leave for the job site ASAP or provide long-distance service, and finish trouble shooting. GN also keeps enlarging offices & warehouse around the world.


      Spare Parts: GN always have spare parts available in stock either in China or worldwide warehouses to ensure fast delivery.We will continue to expand the network of service agencies. Meanwhile, the accessories in the warehouse are kept at certain level to ensure customers can get the accessories timely.


       In addition, the GN Solids Control can offer the service of first-time equipment installation and debugging and the technical training for free. Meanwhile, we accept the order of OEM.
